Miller began the successful Reading Racing Reunion & Car Show, presented at the Fairgrounds Square Mall in Reading, PA. . . the site of the former Reading Fairgrounds Speedway.
Miller has a list of sponsors, offering a URC record high $30,000 point fund that include DL Motors, Taylor & Messick, Hatboro Maintenance, EAFCO as well as the Triple Crown Championship and the first ever URC Sprint Twin 12’s at Bridgeport.
Miller created the Thunder on the Hill Racing Series joining forces with Grandview Speedway owner Bruce Rogers. This series features special events to showcase the 410 Sprints, World of Outlaws, DIRT Modifieds, Midgets and a wide variety of special events.

Miller delivers record 153 race cars in Reading Racing Reunion & Car Show
In conjunction with the Reading Eagle, Miller brings Mario Andretti to the Reading Racing Reunion & Car Show. Attendance was huge
National Sprint Car Hall of Fame Knoxville, Iowa- -Nominates Bob Miller as 410 Sprint Promoter of the Year.
Miller started the BIG SHOW Racing Series. These special events are promoted as “really big shows” and have been very successful at Grandview Speedway, Bridgeport Speedway, Delaware International, New Egypt and Big Diamond Raceway.
Miller booked the Super DIRT Series Modifieds for their first ever appearance at the Big Diamond Raceway in Minersville, PA. The event was wildly successful and took place again in 2004.
DIRT Southeast Series completed a twelve race schedule that visited Hagerstown, Big Diamond, Grandview, Bridgeport and Delaware International Speedway. A point fund of $12,500 was distributed with 151 drivers competing in the Series. Jeff Strunk was the Series Champion.
Thunder on the Hill pays out a four race purse of $280,000.
